What are Antioxidants?

Antioxidants protect the cell in our body from excess amount of harmful molecules called Free Radicals.
They play an important role in our health, as they can control how fast you age by fighting the radicals.

Antioxidants also help slow down the aging process, which can have immense effected on our skin problem.

Our body also produces free radicals when we exercise and when we have inflammation anywhere in our body.

Antioxidant can damage to DNA and cell membranes which may lead to diseases.
