Beauty sleep start from “Dinner Time”.
why mention this is because from dinner time, if we do not take note the below, it will affect our beauty sleep.

There are few steps we need to follow :

Every one seem to talk about Beauty Sleep, it is not that easy to follow, not just sleep and wake up, up, our skin will become fairer and prettier.

But with enough rest and sleep, we may have a recover time for our skin, so that the next day when we wake up,
it helps our skin become fresh and healthy.

How to sleep well? It is not only sleep for 8 hours a day will be enough to have a beauty sleep, or apply masque everyday as simple as that.

There are 6 main causes to prevent from losing our beauty sleep :-

1) Do Not Consume Salty Food

Do you faced this, every morning when wake up, your eyes cannot open due to swollen, this is probably caused by salty food that we ate last
night. No matter you eat dinner or supper, do not take salty food or drink water at night.

2) Drink Less Water or No Alcohol

Many people thoughts that drink red wine at night will relax ourselves and sleep well and stay younger. But it does not mean that, drink before
sleep will interrupt our sleep, will cause our skin become dry with open pores. If we worries to drink plenty of water at night, we can drink a
small sip of warm water at a time or drink more earlier at night.

3) Take A Warm Shower

Shower with warm water at least 10 min, it will help in our sleep. After shower it will relax ourselves, get rid of tiredness, we will feel sleepy
and have a deep sleep.

4) Take Care Of Our Skin

Wash your face after warm shower, this is the best time to apply skin care. After shower pore open, it get better absorption. For those who apply
makeup, they need to remove makeup and double cleanse their face properly, so that will have a healthy skin. No matter how old or young,
moisturizing our skin is the most important daily skin care routine. Moisturizer which contain oil base will help in maintain the moisture.
Suggest everyday wash our face and hands. After shower, apply toner and moisturizer. Normally , it will give our skin moisture.

5) Sleep With Face Up

Many people use to sleep on their stomach and hands to the ears and head, or sleep curled legs up on the side. The best and correct posture is
sleep with face up. Skin specialist found out that, sleep side way will cause wrinkle on cheek and jaw line. Whereas sleep with face down will
cause nose and lip wrinkle, and sleep with face up can reduce wrinkle, but make sure that our neck keep straightforward level. Some people said
sleep with face up can reduce eyes bag, but this is not true. Eyes bag is not due to skin less elastic, it is mainly due to eyes tissue become
thicker, sometime may due to eyes swollen, many thought is eyes bag. Some people may undergo surgery on the eyes bag, so that will reduce
swollen. sleep well also the main cause to reduce eyes bag.

6) Put Down Cell Phone

Last but not least, to have a beauty sleep, another important thing is must put down the cell phone, the radiation
will interrupt our sleeping time. The cell phone will cause dryness on our eyes which also will interrupt our eye sight and
cause a sleepless night.
